Terms and Conditions for participating in Radically Alive Women events.
By participating in any Radically Alive Women event you agree to these following terms and conditions:
- You participate at your own responsibility.
You take responsibility for your own experience by deciding which exercises you do and which you do not do. The spaceholder(s) support you in expressing your boundaries and taking care of yourself wisely. - This is not therapy.
Radically Alive Women events are not therapy and they do not replace therapy. We do not recommend our offers for people with diagnosed serious mental health issues. - Inform us about past or present conditions.
By booking or registering for our Radically Alive Women events you take responsibility for informing the spaceholder(s) before the start of the event about present or past experiences such as depression, neurosis, anxiety, suicide attempts, crisis, psychotherapy (in progress), etc. - Inform us about medication.
You agree to inform the spaceholder(s) if you are taking any state-altering medication or are under any pharmacologic treatment. - Payment is due before we start.
Events have to be paid in full before the start of the event. This applies with no exception unless you have agreed on something different with the respective spaceholder(s) in writing before the start of the event. - Which currency to pay in for online spaces.
For online spaces, the fee is payable as listed in your home currency or the currency stated in the price that is closest to your home currency, unless agreed otherwise. - Cancellation or Rescheduling.
The fee is payable in full if you do not cancel or reschedule your participation at least 24 hours before the start of the Radically Alive Women event, unless there has been “force majeure”. - Refund of payment.
You will be refunded your fee payment if you decide not to participate and have informed us of your decision in writing (including text message) more than 24 hours prior the start of the event. We will deduct the costs for your share of the logistics, such as accommodation, food and venue, if they have already incurred to us.
No session-picking in an eventseries.
The fee is payable in full for the whole series of an event even if you do not attend all sessions, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing before the start of the series.
